Re: Mourning Dove
I have a pair of Dove's that come every year to my home and have their babies. Along with the Robins.. I once had a Robin protect me from a Cackling black bird once. That cackling was flying at me and the Robin cut him off. I didn't know they had babies close by, the cackling had a nest with babies and so did the Robin's, the Robin's babies were closer then the cackling's nest was, but the Robin's did not hurt me like the cackling black birds did. Those cackling's are very aggressive.

Re: Mourning Dove
Their kind of like the geese, where their's one, their always is another one. I believe they also are mates for life, like the geese. I just love those birds.
