They are sandhill cranes and I'm so envious of you getting to see them, especially on a regular basis.

They are Sandhill Cranes and protected under Florida Law. I have a couple that come and visit in my yard all the time. I have been waiting for them to bring some babies around but nothing yet.

The female is slightly smaller.

They seem to be very protective of each other and monogamous. It's adorable.
