depression
last year i had serious depression i could not face my games so i did not say g l or anything i wantedd to be left alone. i am now over that and will keep supporting this site.i left most of the clubs i was in but kicked out of one

When I first starting playing on these turn based sites, I said hello, good luck, great game, thank you, good bye, cya tomorrow etc but found most people didn't respond and others actually took the time to tell me not to bother or turned off chat. Now I comment when I have something of interest or vital to say. Sometimes, that leads to a conversation, sometimes not. Some of my opponents have been wishing good luck and thanking me for the game with emoticons for years and I say very little. It works for us. Ignorant does not factor into it.
