just a thought
the sentence if i can do it and all the varuations of that satement is one of the evil phrases on this planet. If we can all do what you do there is nothing special about nothing unique. there can be no talented individuals and further everything that is not right is your personal responsibility. whyat an amazing divisive evil thought.

my blog start
ok, here is my plan. i am going to read and comment on books that i read, i can't read a book a day but i will give the title, the author, a brief synopsis and my thoughts on the book. i am not going to have any particular theme these are books that i read to learn amd mostly to entertain myself as i go through this whole cancer journey. i will also say where i am in the journey. right now i am going through some more test and they just did more biopsies and since i have not heard otherwise i am assuming its all good news. if anyone actually reads this and has a book they think would be a good book to read all suggestions will be appreciated. right now i am reading a is for alibi by sue grafton.

Re: my blog start
Hi David,
I hope all is going well. I'm in an MFA in Writing program, so I have a list of at least ten books that I read every semester. So, I thought I'd share some of my favorites with you. (I don't know what you like to read, but these are all fiction; some novels, some short stories.)
*Have you ever read Wally Lamb? He's an amazing writing. His books are actually lengthy novels, but they are excellent. "She's Come Undone," "I Know This Much Is True," "The Hour I First Believed," and his shortest and most recent one is very humorous and light-hearted, titled "Wishin' and Hopin'" (I hope you enjoy his work.)
Authors of short stories that I enjoy are: T.C. Boyle's, Raymond Carver's, Willa Cather's, Tim O'Brien, Flannery O'Connor, and many others.
Good luck in your reading quest, and through your life's journey. God bless you!

What kind of books do you enjoy? I am in the process of reading out loud book number 126 to my husband who had a stroke almost 3 years ago, and I think that I learn from every book that I have read. I also read books to myself all the time. Maybe I can suggest some good ones that I have read.
