"The Daily Laugh 2nd Holiday Gathering Tournament"

francescolr and bestgremlin have exactly the same final record (2/3/0).
Why is only francescolr recognized on the page as the winner?
And, given that Round 2 was a 3-way tie,
shouldn't all three players been listed as joint winners?
