I have a craft calendar for 2025 with each month showing a picture of a different craft I made last year. As we go through the year I would like to share these pictures with you.

We have not had many posts recently on the Crafters fair board.
Lets see if we can get a few in May.

I saw a poster of an elephant sitting in a tree with a dog & I fell in love with it. I couldn't find a diamond art like that, with a dog. So, I added the dog.
I made the collar with green emeralds but they don't show up well in the photo.

I went on a mosaic course last weekend and made this mirror.
It was meant to go outside but I liked it to much to put in the garden so it is up in my hall.

Do you just put the wool on the balloon wet and when it's dry put something over it to stiffen it?? You did a great job with the colors, oh and did you color the wool or get it already in colors? I want to try that one.. My granddaughter and I are always looking for a project..

I bet you do. :Look up wool for felting online. Its quite cheap over here.

You make it over a balloon putting bits of wet wool round it.
Not something I will be doing a lot of but was fun to try it.

This is the last plate I did for this year. I took all I had done thru the year and let the family pick out which one they wanted, this one is for oldest granddaughter. I had fun doing them and the family likes having something even if its not perfect for remembrance. As long as they make them smile when they see it, Im good

Every Christmas since lockdown my extended family has done a zoom Christmas craft afternoon. This is what we made this year.

We were meant to be having an extended family get together yesterday to see the Christmas lights at Blehium Palace but it was cancelled due to bad weather,so I sat and watched TV and made this.

That looks like amigurumi crochet, its quite simply. You crochet round and round.
Its the only sort of crochet I can do.

It’s very easy to make just cut strips of material and tie on you wreath wire.
