I had a PICC line inserted before the procedure began. My chemo was cisplatin and paclitaxel. It was experimental giving those two together. With those I got lots of diphenhydramine and Aloxi pushed plus ondansetron pills.
Is any of this similar to what you're getting?

i went through radiation in May .it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be

I survived oropharyngeal cancer, chemo and radiation therapy in 2011. I hope you fare at least as well.

I want to thank you for taking time to read my message and posting. I started my chemo pump Monday will run till Friday and I am on the 3rd day of radiation treatment. Right now they have me to be done on Dec.16th. I will not be making Thanksgiving Dinner this year be lucky if I feel like eating anything. I just happy I have started treatment and will be done before Christmas
