A Paraprosdokian sentence is known as a figure of speech where the last part of the sentence or phrase has a surprising or unexpected ending. The last part of the sentence in this game should be as humorous 
or dramatic 
as possible.

It means one just learned something new that one wasn't aware of. Usually, something the majority of people already knew. It's like a "who knew?" Used a lot on social media.
