We have a message board for it in stoneheads. No one has ever asked. Our players will do no ratings training games.

more often than not, players with strong ratings will gladly play and might if asked offer their tips.
You could also join a ladder and learn as you work your way up. In that instance you will likely see players closer to your level.

Any game really. I am interested in improving my games but it seems like clubs only simply offer tournaments which is fine, but I want to learn how to be better. Shouldn't clubs have like some kind of education to help in their game?

I will join. You're a good club owner. I like especially that you only run one tournament game at a time and not a whole bunch of games.
