Olympic Oath

In the name of all the competitors I promise that I shall take part in these Olympic Games, playing in a timely manner, respecting and abiding by the rules which govern them, committing myself to these without the aid of any computer programs, software or electronic and mechanical devices of any kind in the true [ 2018 Winter Games Schedule ] spirit of sportsmanship,for the glory of the games and the honor of my team.

Goddess Hera, Queen of the Olympians
Hera is the wife and one of three sisters of Zeus in the Olympian pantheon of Greek mythology and religion.
Her chief function was as the goddess of women and marriage. Her counterpart in the religion of ancient Rome was Juno.
The cow, lion and the peacock were considered sacred to her. Hera's mother is Rhea and her father Cronus.
