Whist Variant Changes

I have implemented the following changes to the new Whist variants:
  • implemented nil bids in Spades
  • the score in Spades and the number of penalty points in Hearts can now go into negative - this affects nil bids in Spades and the "shooting the moon" strategy in Hearts
  • fixed a problem in Hearts causing wrong card counts if one player timeouts during the card passing stage
