You can now add comments to album photos of other players! When viewing the big photo, you will now see a list of comments underneath, if any, including the ability to add a comment of your own.

Album owners can choose if comments are enabled for their album (they are enabled by default), as well as delete disruptive comments if necessary.

Additionally, a new discussion board has been created, called Album Photos, reserved for automatic notifications about all new album photos that get added.
