NOTE: The images that you enter for the competition must be taken by you, a friend or family member - not searched for on the Internet.

CONTEST OF THE MONTH

Best New Game Design

October's contest is for the best New Game Design submitted throughout the month. You can include your own graphics, opt to use graphics already available on GoldToken, or if chosen as the winning entry, possibly have your graphics designed by our professional graphic artists. All entries will be reviewed for playability, and judged by GoldToken's Graphic Arts team. The winning game will be announced in November's newsletter. Winner will receive two extra months on their current membership, or, if Guest, a two-month Silver membership.

There are a number of steps involved in creating a new board game. Start with variations of games that you love, that you loved as a child etc. Work out what makes these games fun, what’s wrong with these games, what could be better. Look at all different kinds of games from many different genres. This is the most fun part of game design. We hope you enjoy planning your entry!

Entries must be entirely new games or variants not seen anywhere else, and must be submitted to GoldToken's Newshound _ no later than October 27, 2021_.
