It’s come to my attention that someone is creating multiple accounts, not to play games but to message players for who knows what reason (you can imagine). Sometimes they are Tina, sometimes they are Steve, or other male/female names based on your profile information. It’s always a new account, often are a widow with one child and if they have a game going, it’ll be one they rarely move in.

As you know, GoldToken is a family site. Your safety is our priority and concern. We have closed all accounts so far, but if you are contacted by a new player not really interested in playing classic board games, but in private messaging, please report them to GoldToken Support. I hope that going public helps us all be rid of someone with questionable motives.
