If you are running Windows 7 on your computer, try this little trick:
Create a new directory on your desktop, giving it the following convoluted name:
Double-click on the directory to open it.
What are all of those options in there?

I was being coy in the main section. The directory auto-magically contains all the settings and control options that you would ever want to customize your Windows 7 experience.
