Round 2 starts 15th November 2008 and completed 9th January 2009

Round three starts 9th Decemeber 2008 and completed 13th January 2009

Round four starts 18th December 2008 and completed 18th January 2009

Finals Start 18th January 2009 and completed 23rd January 2009 to both players
