Salvo Fix For NTL Users

To be able to play Salvo and variants on the NTL system please make these changes to your Preferences

General

Tick - I use WebTV
Untick - Use URL-Encoded Authentication
"Show Game Moves" = Nowhere

WebTV

Untick - Select Any Square
Tick - Save Move Fix

Salvo

Select Smallest Graphic Size
Tick - Use Faster Shooting Format
Untick - Show Boards Side By Side

It still might freeze from time to time though. I hope this helps all the NTL users.
