Marc She's tried to log in with Safari, and Google and I told her to shut down her IPHONE n leave it off for 60 seconds and try again., She used to go on without any app.
She's not too much of a Techie so not sure what she's able to do., Isn't Google Chrome?

Thank you all for your assistance but she's in Michigan and I'm in Nevada and sure wish we lived closer because I would have had her playing 6 weeks ago
