February's Contest of the Month is something new! Write an Acrostic Poem - one where the first letter of each line spells out one of these words: GOLDTOKEN, TURNBASED, or VALENTINE. An Internet search for "Acrostic Poem" will give you some ideas.

T together we will play the game
U understanding is easy, after reading the rules
R roll the dice, doubles we hope
N never give up, one never knows
B backgammon is the game I love
A Always love playing with my goldtoken friends
S sometimes it does take awhile to win
E especially backgammon matches when using the cube
D don’t always win, but that okay
Poem #2
V-value yourself and love yourself
A-always be to true yourself
L-love your family and they will love you back
E-enjoy the music it's a blast
N-never give up on life
T-time heals all wounds
I-imagination is great if you only believe
N-now and forever enjoy life and love one another
E-endurance is the key to life
Poem #3
Gold is the value of friendships here known,
Over the years, how sincerely they’ve grown.
Look to the players: the friends, guys or gals.
Delve into games with opponents and pals.
Talk about something or nothing at all.
Offer a wish for good luck or hey y’all.
Keep up the smile, we’ll help you with that.
Even in dark times, we’re willing to chat.
Now that you’ve read this and see all the signs:

Once owned by Chad.
Loaded with new game ideas, and
Dragged Taylor into his wild plans.
Together they came up with games,
Only the internet could handle.
Kudos to them since,
Everyone wanted to play them.
Now our day isn’t complete…without Goldtoken!

Only live once
Love everyone
Don't lie it is so wrong
Test your faith
Open your heart
