You are invited to play in GoldToken’s premier winter tournament, the 2025 Winter Olympic Games!
This is a set of automated tournaments pitting player against player and team against team.
Each player chooses which game types to play and how many games to play.
If interested, please join The GoldToken's Olympics Master Club! Click the link and look for the "invitations" box on the right-hand side of your screen, then click "yes" to join. If on a mobile device, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “yes” to join. That's all you need to do to declare your desire to play - no need to send a PM or post a message on the discussion board. Please stay in the Master Club until the games begin. This helps us ensure everyone is accounted for on a team.
Note: If you have joined the club in the past, you will need to re-join. The club is emptied prior to each new Olympics set-up.
Team assignments will be made in the coming weeks, and you'll be invited to join your specific team's club then. At that time, you will be able to sign up for the games you wish to play. Players can sign up for as few or as many games as they care to, subject to membership restrictions. Starting date for the first batch of games is Sunday, January 4, 2026.

December's game of the month is Mau Mau! Join us in a fun Double Elimination Tournament by signing up today for The Game of the Month - Dec 2025 - Mau Mau Tournament!

November's winner is: Pumpkin Pie Spice-and-Brandy Cocktail
Pumpkin Syrup
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1 cup water
For Cocktail:
1 lemon wedge, plus 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 oz. brandy
3/4 oz. orange liqueur
3/4 oz. Pumpkin Syrup
Make pumpkin syrup: Combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium- high heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to low and whisk in pumpkin puree and salt until smooth. Cool completely, that might take about an hour.
Make cocktail: Rub edge of a glass with lemon wedge. Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice on a small plate. Dip rim of glass in sugar mixture.
Combine brandy, orange liqueur, lemon juice, pumpkin syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker. The shaker is important, but if you don't have one you can do it in a covered glass. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, 15 to 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Serve immediately.

- Kelly is my first name and I live in AZ so Kelly M is my middle initial C is my last initial and I'm in AZ. Kellymcinaz
2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?
- I love to play many of the games. The Rummikubs are some of my favorites. I also love to see the progression of the site and how it has grown since the early 2000's. (unknown photo)
3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?
- I live in Arizona. Tourists should definitely see northern Arizona which includes Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. It is very beautiful and not the desert that AZ is typically known for.
4. What hobbies do you have?
- My hobbies are playing games, watching crime shows especially true crime, doing puzzles, reading
, and most especially traveling around the world. 
5. Children? Grandchildren?
- Sadly, I do not have any children of my own but I do have a lot of nieces and nephews and some that have even lived with me and I've helped my siblings raise.
6. Do you work? What kind of work do/did you do?
- Currently I work as a caregiver
for the VA with my husband who is a disabled veteran 
. My degree and background is in psychology and professional counseling though.
7. Any pets?
- I have 3 dogs right now.
They are my big babies. I have a White German Shepherd, a Pitbull and a Boxer/pitbull mix. I used to have 3 pugs but they grew old on me and crossed the rainbow bridge. 
I also had a pitbull/border collie mix and she also passed away. I love my doggies.

- I'm 49 years old so almost to 50 and I'm a female.
9. Favorite food?
- My favorite food is anything mexican.

- The farthest I've been from home is Bad Aibling, Germany. I've traveled to a lot of beautiful places but I think Germany was technically the farthest.
11. If you could be anywhere right now, where would that be?
- If I could be anywhere, I would be in a cabin in the woods with a river or creek running by with my husband and my dogs. Total peacefulness and relaxation. (unknown photo)

- My favorite season is Fall
. I love when the weather starts to cool down being that I live where it gets 120 degrees 
in the summer time. The fall is the lead up to when the weather starts changing

- If I could meet anyone it would be Jesus Christ when he was still living on Earth. I know Jesus in my heart but it would have been cool to see him in person.
