GoldToken's Monthly Newsletter

You are invited to play in GoldToken’s premier summer tournament, the 2025 Summer Olympic Games!
This is a set of automated tournaments pitting player against player and team against team.
Each player chooses which game types to play and how many games to play.
If interested, please join The GoldToken's Olympics Master Club. Click the link and look for the "invitations" box on the right-hand side of your screen, then click "yes" to join. If on a mobile device, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “yes” to join. That's all you need to do to declare your desire to play - no need to send a PM or post a message on the discussion board. Please stay in the Master Club until the games begin.
Team assignments will be made in the coming weeks, and you'll be invited to join your specific team's club then. At that time, you will be able to sign up for the games you wish to play. Players can sign up for as few or as many games as they care to, subject to membership restrictions. Games are planned to start in weekly batches, starting July 6th.

The board hosts work hard to make these boards fun to interact with and spend time trying to come up with good ideas. Sadly,
participation is low for many of the boards and may be in jeopardy by the retirement of these boards. There have already been quite a few retired that you may have seen disappear from the Discussion Boards list. It can be a discouraging time for board hosts and with such low participation, if any, makes it disheartening to continue on. There is much more work behind the scenes that they do that players are not aware of to keep these boards going.
We all have busy lives
and of course, many players are just interested in game playing and that's actually wonderful! 
That's why GoldToken is here. But if you'd like to see these boards continue, please take a moment to check out these boards, interact with the fun, vote and join the fun with additional tokens on your profile page for winners.

May's winner is: Cheesy Ham & Potatoes
1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes shredded hash brown potatoes (in the dairy section)
½ cup butter, melted
1 lb package of diced ham
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of Mushroom soup
¾ cup sour cream
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Put hash browns in a slow cooker. Pour melted butter over hash browns. Drop in diced ham. Pour in condensed soup and sour cream, stirring between each addition. Add Cheddar cheese.
I have also made this with Hidden Valley ranch mix. It does add something.
Cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours. Stir mixture after 2 hours of cooking.

A friend of mine, Gabbybrook, plays here and she invited me to play. I joined in November of 2017. I enjoy the variety of games that are offered. Everyone here is so helpful and I have learned quite a few new games. I enjoy the Mahjong and Cribbage clubs. I just started doing tournaments and they are a lot of fun and you meet such nice people. Keep playing.

Currently have a tournament going with SallyP to play every game available to play here at GoldToken.

- Australia, New South Wales. The many beaches (unknown photo) and cafe’s, Science centre
, largest Buddhist temple in southern hemisphere. HARS Aviation Museum 
where I volunteer as crew on the last flying Lockheed Neptune in the world.

- Crafts , Aqua fit
, tennis, GT games 
and Xbox games.

A friend of mine, Gabbybrook, plays here and she invited me to play. I joined in November of 2017. I enjoy the variety of games that are offered. Everyone here is so helpful and I have learned quite a few new games. I enjoy the Mahjong and Cribbage clubs. I just started doing tournaments and they are a lot of fun and you meet such nice people.
