March's winner is: Shamrock Shake Pie
Shamrock Shake Pie
Ingredients:
12 graham crackers
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted
2½ cups milk, cold
¼ teaspoon green food coloring
2 teaspoons mint extract
5.1 ounces box of instant vanilla pudding mix
8 ounces container of whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or shortening and set it aside.
Place the graham crackers and brown sugar in a food processor and blend until the graham crackers become fine crumbs. While the food processor runs at low speed, gradually pour in the melted butter until the crumbs start to stick together.
Firmly press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish, and place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is firm.
While the crust is freezing, whisk the milk, green food coloring, and mint extract in a large bowl until the food coloring is distributed evenly and the milk is green.
Add the vanilla pudding mix, and continue whisking until the pudding starts to thicken. Let the pudding rest for about 5 minutes to thicken up more.
Fold the whipped topping into the pudding until it is well mixed, then spoon the pie filling into the crust, and smooth out the top of the pie.
Place the pie in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until the filling is completely set.
Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries, if desired, and serve cold.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Freezing Time: 6 hours | Total Time: 6 hours 15 minutes

It sure came early this year, along with Daylight Savings Time. 
What animal has the highest blood pressure? Can you guess it? One player did, along with two other trivia questions and won a Pony Up token. jd91! The answer: A giraffe. That could be some serious high blood pressure!

1. How'd you choose your name for GT?
It was snowing
the day I set up my first computer 
and I needed a name for GT. since I am a bit "flakey" in real life and it was snowing, I just adopted the moniker snowflake!
2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?
I have become interested in backgammon. It can be boring at times and slow but so can any game. I would love to learn chess
and the cut throaty-ness of it!
3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?
I reside in the Catskills New York, home of the movie dirty dancing.. Yes, the borscht belt. Home of Woodstock '69. NYC has its ups and downs. Nice place to visit with the night life and museums..

Hobbies.......GoldToken, of course!! Uhmmm....my dog

Hi, I’m purplescrubs and have been on GoldToken since 2001. I heard about the site from a friend on Its Your Turn. While I have met that friend in person I have been fortunate to have made several more friends while playing on this site. My main games to enjoy playing are Backgammon, Loco Ochos and Hit & Miss Salvo. I belong to a couple of clubs and enjoy the tournaments a lot. I’m a registered nurse of over 40 years and truly love my profession. I’m married, we have 3 kids and their spouses and seven wonderful grandkids. I love traveling and spending time with family and friends. I really love GoldToken and connecting with others while enjoying exciting games.

to SnowFlake for letting us step into their personal life for a bit.1. How'd you choose your name for GT?
It was snowing
the day I set up my first computer and I needed a name for GT. since I am a bit "flakey" in real life and it was snowing, I just adopted the moniker snowflake!2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?
I have become interested in backgammon. It can be boring at times and slow but so can any game. I would love to learn chess
and the cut throaty-ness of it!3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?
I reside in the Catskills New York, home of the movie dirty dancing.
. Yes, the borscht belt. Home of Woodstock '69. NYC has its ups and downs. Nice place to visit with the night life and museums..4. What hobbies do you have?
Hobbies.......GoldToken, of course!! Uhmmm....my dog

Hmmmm.....fav movie.....I have a few from different genres. Rocky Horror because it breaks the rules. The Matrix because it makes you think about the gnostic bible. Fried Green Tomatoes because its empowering to women
14. If you could meet anyone (living or dead) in the world, who would it be?
Queen Elizabeth.

Hi, I’m purplescrubs and have been on GoldToken since 2001. I heard about the site from a friend on Its Your Turn. While I have met that friend in person I have been fortunate to have made several more friends while playing on this site. My main games to enjoy playing are Backgammon, Loco Ochos and Hit & Miss Salvo. I belong to a couple of clubs and enjoy the tournaments a lot. I’m a registered nurse of over 40 years and truly love my profession. I’m married, we have 3 kids and their spouses and seven wonderful grandkids. I love traveling and spending time with family and friends. I really love GoldToken and connecting with others while enjoying exciting games.
