April's winner is: Partially Homemade Ravioli Casserole
Ingredients
1 package of already prepared frozen raviolis
1 jar of Prego Original sauce.
1 8 oz package of shredded Mozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan cheese in jar or container
1 9 X 13 Glass baking dish
350 degree oven (? 176.66 Celsius)
Directions
Boil ravioli's according to directions on package, strain. Layer glass baking dish with some sauce, layer raviolis in the baking dish and pour some more sauce over it. Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese, continue to layer the sauce, raviolis and parmesan cheese till it's done. Sprinkle the top of the dish with Mozzarella cheese and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes then remove aluminum foil and bake another 10-15 minutes til cheese is golden and melted. Let it sit for 10 minutes then...
ENJOY!!!
The totally homemade portion of this is making the raviolis from scratch (I've done it for years), prepare the sauce from scratch, (fresh tomatoes, onions peppers and spices). Already done that before. Hand shredded the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, never made mozzarella or parmesan cheese though.

I don't remember how I got introduced to this site. The first game site I was a member of was the now defunct Liesuredistrict.co.uk. I accessed this through a Worldgate TV system. I enjoy gammon, salvo and shaking games most of all. I'm a member of several clubs and even own one which is as stagnant as (and because of) my health.

Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese, continue to layer the sauce, raviolis and parmesan cheese till it's done. Sprinkle the top of the dish with Mozzarella cheese and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes then remove aluminum foil and bake another 10-15 minutes til cheese is golden and melted. Let it sit for 10 minutes then...

The totally homemade portion of this is making the raviolis from scratch (I've done it for years), prepare the sauce from scratch, (fresh tomatoes, onions peppers and spices). Already done that before. Hand shredded the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, never made mozzarella or parmesan cheese though.

- I used to play at itsyourturn.com and GoldToken was mentioned. I was eating a ham sandwich when I first logged in, hence the user name
2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?
- A lot of the games I like but if I had to choose then it would be chess and its variants
3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?
- I live on Hayling Island, which is a suburb of Portsmouth, England.
- They should come and see the sea
and warm weather in the summer plus of course our great football team! Play Up Pompey!! 
4. What hobbies do you have?
- I try to keep a bit fit with running, cycling,
swimming 
and kayaking 
in the summer!!

- I have no children.

- I work in a laboratory, testing the products we make, although I do a bit of everything really. I’ve been there 18 years now!!

- I have no pets but have had all sorts in the past. I have a pond with fish
and snails in it but they’re not really pets 🐌

- Australia, New Zealand or Fiji is the furthest I’ve been from home (whichever is furthest!!)

I’d be on top of Everest, that would be some achievement and a bit cold!

- A bit dated now but “Jaws”
is a big favourite of mine, scared me to death when I was younger!!

I don't remember how I got introduced to this site. The first game site I was a member of was the now defunct Liesuredistrict.co.uk. I accessed this through a Worldgate TV system. I enjoy gammon, salvo and shaking games most of all. I'm a member of several clubs and even own one which is as stagnant as (and because of) my health.
